Our Story

Why we built it.

Finding a doctor who gets it, a barber who won't make it weird, a bar where you can be yourself or a group to belong to shouldn't depend on who you happen to know. For a lot of us, especially outside the big coastal cities, it still does.

allthethings.gay started in Little Rock, Arkansas, with a simple idea: put all of it in one place, check every listing by hand, and keep it free. The six petals of our logo are the six parts of the directory: Services, Community, Shopping, Travel, Events and Support.

We're built and run by Embarc, a small studio in Little Rock.

Businesses and sponsors, never you.

Listing is free. Businesses can pay for more visibility, and brands can sponsor a category, a city or a newsletter. Every paid spot is labeled, and paying never changes search rank or buys a badge.
