Marketplace Seller Terms
Effective date: October 14, 2026 Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms apply if you sell products, gift cards, services, or event tickets ("Items") to buyers through allthethings.gay, including through a branded storefront ("Seller," "you"). They're an agreement between you and Embarc Creative Co. LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company doing business as allthethings.gay ("we," "us"). Our Terms of Use and Business Terms also apply. If terms conflict, these terms win for marketplace sales.

- You are the seller. Every sale is a contract between you and the buyer. You are the merchant of record: the buyer's card statement shows your business, you receive the money, and you're responsible for the Item, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, taxes, and disputes.
- We provide the venue. We display your Items and storefront and connect your checkout to your own Stripe account. We are not a party to your sales, we don't take possession of Items or funds, and we're not your agent, partner, or employer.
- We don't take a cut of your sales. We charge no per-sale commission or transaction fee. Stripe charges you its own processing fees under your agreement with Stripe.
